IAS – 26.1 Service Pack “Session Control” & “Session will end: Your Administration has terminated your session” error messages

After upgrading to version 26.1.10.60 or 26.1.10.61 of IRIS Accountancy Suite users report being removed from the software and receiving errors like “Session will end: Your Administration has terminated your session” or “Session Control : Shared memory is locked”.

We are working on a hotfix to address this issue. In the meantime please complete the following steps to help alleviate the issue in the interim:

1. Make sure everyone is out of IRIS Accountancy Suite.

2. Navigate to the IRIS install folder, go into the database0 folder and open tt.ini, in the [SWITCHES] section create a new line and add the following:

0007CatchSerialNum0=0
