Problem
It has been identified that users of Windows 7 using a ASUS EAH5450 or ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card in a dual screen setup are unable to print reports in Accounts Production. All other reports complete successfully
Resolution
This has been identified as a problem with the installed graphics card. To resolve this issue you must either revert back to single screen or replace the graphics card.
